BAGAS LESSONS LLC — ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER
By creating an account, you acknowledge:
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Tennis involves inherent risks of injury including muscle strains, sprains, and other physical harm. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: You release Bagas Lessons LLC, its owner Bakdaulet (Bak), coaches, and staff from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or death arising from participation in any class or activity.
3. MEDICAL FITNESS: You confirm you are in adequate physical condition to participate and will inform your coach of any relevant health conditions before class.
4. MINOR PARTICIPANTS: If enrolling a minor (under 18), the parent or legal guardian agrees to this waiver on their behalf.
5. INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bagas Lessons LLC from any claims arising from your participation.

Payments: Processed via Zelle peer-to-peer. We do not store any financial information.
Data Storage: Account data is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to external servers.
Communications: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive texts from Coach Bak about class schedules and cancellations.
